Thought about the content of my blog and came up with the idea to write about the Vietnamese Library Users. Through this, I can learn how to do blog and at the same time gives you guys some insight about the Vietnamese people. Hopefully, through understanding the culture and their past experiences, as staff members, we can understand why Vietnamese Library Users react to certain situation and also what they want to get out of our library services.

These information is generalisation and there are always exceptional circumstances. The information about this has been accumulated through my experiences as a Vietnamese person and also a staff member at City of Greater Dandenong Libraries.
